Begun in the 1970’s there are only 245 homes scattered throughout the hills and valleys that bring you the seclusion and privacy thought only available on the Townsend side of the Mountains.

Our friendly gate staff will greet you at the entrance - auto passes are required for visitors. Community maps are available for the asking. Enjoy our pool Memorial Day through Labor Day behind the community center.
